SHIPPING

You will receive an auto-generated confirmation when you place your order.
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Order processing may take longer during major holidays or special releases. Please note Coroa does not ship on weekends. 

Please note any orders placed with expedited shipping after 2pm pm PST will not be processed until the next business day.

Currently Coroa is unable to ship to P.O. box, APO or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. box, APO or FPO address will be cancelled.

Coroa will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. If a product is out of stock or backordered, our customer service team will contact you.

Coroa is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Sales tax is charged for orders shipping to the state of California.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Despite currently Coroa does not offer international delivery, we definitely want to make it work for you. Please email us at info@coroayoga.com adding "International Delivery" on the subject and let's talk! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES / North America

To initiate a return, please email us at info@coroayoga.com with subject “Return + (order number)”. A Coroa representative will contact you within 24 hours.  
Coroa offers returns/exchanges of full price items within 14 days of when the order is shipped. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags attached.

A full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

Coroa might determine that any products are not in original condition. If that event occurred a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES / International

To initiate an international return, please email us at info@coroayoga.com with subject “Return + (order number)”

Coroa allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by customer.
